Anthony grew up in San Diego and has a keen knowledge of all areas of the county. He joined Coldwell Banker in 2002 and immediately infused enthusiasm, ideas and technology know-how to the Adams & Associates team's already long list of skills. Since then Anthony has been integral in managing all aspects of operations and directly overseeing and assisting in every transaction.

I pride myself on my ability to watch specific neighborhoods closely for new listings as soon as they reach the market, and have been known to locate prospective sellers in those areas before they marketed their property for sale.
For all my clients, the processes for marketing and finding a home have been tried and tested; you may even find them formulaic but that is always only the begining! The real work happens while negotiating the sales price and terms. Then the most crucial days are the 15 to 60 days of an escrow which follow. It’s during this time that anything and everything that can happen usually does.
