For 29 years, Bonnie Adams successfully provided a unique level of real estate service to buyers & sellers in La Jolla, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe & surrounding coastal communities. A licensed Broker who represented buyers & sellers in residential real estate, Bonnie was a nationally awarded agent, reaching the top 1% of Coldwell Banker's 122,000 agents nationwide, year over year over year.

An inspiration to all who knew her, Bonnie passed away in December 2008. She will be remembered with great pride by her family, her colleagues, and her family of clients. Clients remember Bonnie not only for her outstanding real estate service but for her high standard of ethics in the competitive field of real estate.

In 2009, NRT, parent company to Coldwell Banker introduced The Bonnie Adams "Golden Rule" Memorial Award whose purpose is to recognize a Coldwell Banker sales associate who most exemplifies the spirit of the Golden Rule and demonstrates the qualities, characteristics and aspirations that we strive to attain. The creation of this award, bearing Bonnie's name, provides us with a reminder of her unconditional kindness.
